Branches

The Branches Committee consists of a representative from each of  the branches around the UK. The committee usually meets 4 times a year with 3 of these meetings being telephone conferences and one face to face meeting. Each year a Branch is invited to bid to host the AFT National Conference and the Eileen Jamieson workshop. AFT provides help and support with this.

The Eileen Jamieson workshop is a training workshop dedicated to the memory of Eileen Jamieson, who died whilst Chair of AFT and was committed to promoting and developing the work of Branches.

The Branches Committee selects two people represent the branches nretwork at the AFT Board of Directors and Trustees ensuring that the Board is well connected to local activity.
