Dorothy Ramsay

I was elected as chair at the AFT Annual General Meeting on 04 October 2007. I have worked for 16 years as a full time therapist both in a prison and in a university in Wales and have spent the past 10 years within Psychology Service within the NHS. I have also worked in the past as a volunteer counsellor and a negotiator in neighbourhood disputes and as a lecturer in art. My own narrative has been coloured by dislexia, which tried to tell me that I could not be academic. However I have had to alter my set of stories now that I hold two MAs.
