Branch Description

Sussex AFT’s committee plans and runs workshops featuring different modes and contexts of systemic practice.

The first Sussex AFT was established in 1974 and has been reincarnated several times since, always retaining its training role and focus. We relaunched in 2008, hosting workshops by Peter Stratton and David Epston in our first year. We have continued with two workshops a year. These have provided a surplus of funds for our needs and we recently decided to feed some money back into National AFT as appreciation that without them we would not achieve so much.

We welcome anyone in the Sussex area practicing or interested in family therapy and systemic practice to get in touch with us.

The committee of the Sussex Association of Family Therapy wish to inform you we are holding our next AGM on Thursday 15th November 2013 at 4.45.pm for an hour after David Pocock’s workshop at the café in Brighthelm Centre, where we will offer wine and nibbles. If you are a member of AFT you are warmly welcome to attend.
