Publications

AFT produces two excellent publications which are renowned within the field and an invaluable resource for students in training and qualified family therapists. These being the Context magazine published 6 x per year and The Journal of Family Therapy published 4 x per year.

These publications are free to members but individuals or organisations are welcome to subscribe to either publication.

Published since 1989, Context provides a user-friendly forum for sharing and stimulating therapeutic ideas among people working in public health and social care agencies and in independent practice.

We have recently supported the production of a new video and DVD about the work of Salvador Minuchin, working closely with London AFT. This is proving to be an invaluable training tool across the world.

The AFT Publishing Committee has plans to develop other publications in the near future.
