course is designed for professionals taking up an operational management
role in integrated services in multidisciplinary teams.

Develop a systemic framework and understanding of organisations
within which to reflect upon and prepare for, the processes of management
within public sector organisations.

• Focus on the processes of managing teams and networks including
a range of professionals in carrying out management tasks, using
your own material.
