As an AFT Member you will receive the Journal of Family Therapy (hard copy and free on-line access to all issues) and the Context magazine bi-monthly as hard copy and on-line, together with many more member benefits. We request that all members read and abide by the AFT Code of Ethics and Practice.
Registered Member: This is for those members who have been recommended by AFT for UKCP registration and AFT review your Continuing Professional Development for registration. To be UKCP registered you need to apply to AFT, see information on the member area.
Member: For anyone with an interest in Family Therapy and Systemic Practice, working in the UK or overseas. Also for qualified family therapists not registered with UKCP or registered through another body and those in the process of applying for UKCP registration.
Student Member: For any student studying on a family and systemic training up to qualifying level.
Retired Member/Unwaged Member: For those who are not currently in employed work and undertaking less than 8 hours clinical practice per month.
