  1. Your Membership Number/Wiley Ref. is a 7 digit number and can be located on the following documentation:

    • At the top of your AFT Membership welcome letter.
    • On your AFT Membership renewal notice.
    • In the top right corner of your AFT Membership direct debit advanced notification letter (please omit the preceding 'JW').
    • On your Journal of Family Therapy mailing label (denoted as 'Subs Ref').

  7. Passwords can be alphanumeric between 6 and 16 characters long. Passwords are case sensitive.
