Hannah Sherbersky – CEO

Hannah is professional lead for the Association, representing us and our modality at all levels nationally and internationally. She is responsible for the operational aspects of the organisation as well as working with the Chair, Board, staff, and volunteers to ensure a commitment to the AFT vision and strategic aims. 

Philip Santana-Reedy – Operational & Finance Director

Philip has extensive experience working at senior levels in multiple industries influencing structure and business positioning both in the UK and in Europe. He also has significant experience working in the voluntary sector, again at senior levels. Specialising in restructure and change management, he has implemented positive growth in both business and third sector organisations.

Kate Groucutt – Communications & Policy Director

Antonia Delahunt – Webinar Manager

Antonia joined AFT in 2020 and has helped develop and maintain the AFT webinar series programme. Antonia is a part-time member of the AFT team. 

Louise Norris – Publications Manager

Louise is responsible for the production of Context magazine, graphic design, advertising, and compiling newsletters. She also contributes to website maintenance, and supports the Publishing committee. Louise is a part-time member of the team.

Kathi Özmaya – Executive Officer

Kathi is responsible for providing support to the chair and directors of AFT and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the office team based in Warrington.

Sanah Bukhari – Membership Administrator

Sanah joined AFT in 2024 and manages the applications and renewals processes.

Claris Oppong – Administration Assistant

Claris works part-time and provides administrative support.

Louisa Tilston – Accreditations Administrator

Louisa works full-time and provides administrative support for the course accreditations process.
